Ok, so it's not the NYTimes (no offense west coast) and while I personally did not make the pages, a little photograph of mine did. I'm a bit excited to see my first credit in a major newspaper publication (thanks John)! I quickly snapped this while dropping by a friends eatery for an after-work cocktail on Halloween Eve. I love the wolf and sheep framing the newly painted curbside address.
The menu at Wolf in Sheeps Clothing (WiSC) offers up a twist on southern comfort favorites: shrimp & bacon grits; baked oysters with chorizo; a succulent catfish; and the best jalapeño cornbread this guy has ever tasted. The original pop-up became an Abbot Kinney favorite and I am thrilled to see them settle down in a new, permanent home!
